GENERAL TERMS
PAYMENTS
Payments to producers (includes models, photographers & affiliates) will occur within 3 days of the 1st and 15th of each month if $10 or more is owed to the producer. Lesser amounts carry over. The Zip Store currently pays royalties via PayPal, sent directly to the email address you provide. You can change your email address at anytime, although only royalties created after the change will be sent to the new address.

It is the producers responsibility to ensure a valid PayPal account, and the producer is responsible for any and all fees that PayPal may charge for their service. In the event Royalties are sent and returned to The Zip Store due to a producer not collecting, the Royalties will not be resent.

The amounts shown in the databases of The Zip Store are true and accurate and will be used to determine the Royalties owed to each producer.

CONTENT
All content must be legal to produce, view, buy and sell in The United States of America. Any adult material must conform with U.S.C. 2257 laws, and the producer is responsible for ensuring such. All models and/or actors must be 18 at the time of the recording of the material.

You set your own prices. Once set, you can not change a price, but you can delete and reupload a gallery, with a different price.

Each product is required to be available to advertisers to advertise the product and the store. The uploading producer will choose 12 images from the gallery to be used in FHGs (Free Hosted Galleries), which advertisers can link to. The images included will NOT be shown at full resolution to encourage visitors to the FHG to enter the store and purchase your product.

Each product is also required to have one full resolution sample image. The image is downloadable, with The Zip Store logo, but is heavily compressed to save on bandwidth and to encourage the visitor to purchase the high-quality images in your product.

FEES
The Zip Store does not charge any upfront fees for service, nor do we move to collect negative balances from producers.

Hosting Fee [NOTE: THIS FEE IS NOT YET ACTIVATED, BUT SHOULD START IN THE COMING MONTHS]
The Zip Store will charge a small fee for the hosting of your product. The monthly hosting fee is currently $0.20 (20 cents USD) per GB of data. [The 100MB zip file will cost 2 cents per month for hosting] This fee will be charged to your account at the same time that Royalties are posted to your account. If in the event that you have a negative balance (you have uploaded products that fail to sell), we will not try to recover the negative balance from you, but the negative balance will be paid with Royalties before Royalties are paid to you.

Hosting fees will be divided evenly between those who are receiving royalties from each individual product. IE, if a photographer uploads a product and shared 35% of the Royalties with Model A and 10% of the royalties with Model B (and keeps 55% of the royalties herself), Model A will be charged 35% of the hosting fee, Model B 10%, and the producer will be charged 55% of the hosting fee.

REMOVING CONTENT
Before content has been submitted for inclusion in the store you may delete and remove it instantly while logged in.

The Zip Store, at its discretion, may remove any product at anytime without any notice. Hosting fees will still apply to all products up to the point at which they are removed.

AFFILIATE REFERRALS
TRACKING
Tracking of customer referrals uses Cookies placed on users computers. Please ensure that all link URLs and Codes are complete with your unique ID# to ensure proper tracking of your referrals. Customers who do not allow cookies to be placed in their browsers will not be tracked.
